Sound Yoga Nidra
Also called 'yogic sleep', a yoga nidra is an ancient guided practice that allows you to rest profoundly between waking and dreaming states and release stress from the body and mind. Accompanied by soothing soundscapes and vibrations (singing bowls, drums, gongs, chimes, monochord, chants, and more), you are guided through a body scan, breath and sensations awareness practice, and visualisations, towards a state of inner stillness and peace. Perfect for anyone who wants to re-pattern stress-related habits and create new neural pathways with the support of sound frequencies.
