Would you like to organise a class, a workshop, or a full program for your teams? Our workplace offerings include mindfulness, stress release, yoga, meditation and sound journeys. Sessions can be tailored to your needs and held at your location, online, or at The Sanctuary (small groups only). Discover some of our most popular offerings below:
15-Minute Lunchtime Mindfulness
This weekly 15-minute mindfulness meditation during the workday is one of our most popular offerings, providing an effective way to create mental space and support personal energy renewal without compromising other professional priorities. Held online (usually via Zoom or Teams) using a ‘done with you’ approach, each week follows a specific theme, making it relevant and applicable to the workday while offering an opportunity for direct personal experience. Send us a message and let’s discuss what this might look like for you.
Mindfulness Workshops And Programs
A longer mindfulness workshop or a full program is an effective way to dive deeper into the world of mindfulness, support staff wellbeing, and release stress from the body and mind. These workshops and programs promote greater balance, flow and relaxation for participants, and the benefits often extend beyond professional life to the many demands of everyday living. The duration of workshops ranges from 60 minutes to several months, and can be offered as part of your organisation’s ongoing commitment to employee health and wellbeing. Send us a message and let’s discuss how to best bring mindfulness to your workplace.
Yoga Classes
General yoga classes are a great way to support employees in maintaining their physical and mental wellbeing. A typical class consists of simple yoga postures (asanas), breathwork (pranayama), a short meditation and deep relaxation. Classes are in-person and can be arranged as a one-off or on a regular basis. Popular occasions include workplace retreats and themed days (e.g. Mental Health Month in October). Below are some of the most common class types for your consideration:
General yoga: great for all bodies and abilities, and suitable for any time of the day
Chair yoga: a gentle, low-impact practice, suitable for office environments and for people with reduced mobility
Yoga for community groups: e.g. the veteran community, Community Houses or wellbeing retreats

Meditative Sound Journeys
Increasingly popular in workplaces, a meditative sound journey (also called ‘a sound bath’) is a deeply relaxing experience designed to rebalance the nervous system and the whole body, mind and emotions, using soundscapes, rhythm and vibration. In a typical sound bath, participants are immersed in the resonances of singing bowls, drums, gongs, chimes, and monochord, inviting them on an inner journey of quiet contemplation, focused listening, rest and rejuvenation. Perfect for anyone who exerts a lot of mental effort and problem-solving during the day, and wants to create more space, flow, clarity and stillness for a busy mind. Sound Yoga Nidras
Yoga nidra is an ancient guided ‘yogic sleep’ practice that allows participants to rest profoundly between waking and sleeping states, and to release and re-pattern stress-related habits in the body and mind. Accompanied by soothing soundscapes, vibrations and frequencies (singing bowls, drums, gongs, chimes, monochord, and more), participants are guided through a body scan, breathwork, sensations awareness and visualisation, towards a state of inner stillness and peace. Yoga nidras are ideally practised at the end of a workday but can be done at any time. Send us a message to discover more.
