The Comma Meditation is great for punctuating a busy workday, when you’re transitioning between activities, or when you need to reset the mind and body. It can lower stress, calm the mind and activate the parasympathetic nervous system. It only takes a minute, so mindfulness doesn’t need to be long and slow!

When you become familiar with this practice, you can do it without listening to the recording by simply pausing for a moment and following the same steps in your mind.
