Women’s Wellbeing Retreat by Nina Hakamies and Carolyn Ball
March 2019

This retreat was held at the Rocklyn Yoga Ashram and focused on women’s wellbeing, self-care and embodied direct experience of some of the simple but most powerful teachings that guide us towards living a more authentic and meaningful life.

Watch 2 short videos about the retreat:
1. Meet Carolyn and Nina (1min)
2. Who is our Retreat for? (1min)

Through yoga, mindfulness, relaxation, group exercises, personal reflection, quiet time, and time in nature, we journeyed together to explore and cultivate what we need to maintain wellbeing in our everyday lives.

We held space for each other to enjoy time-out from our everyday demands and we refilled our cups by practising skills that enhance our wellbeing and interactions with others. We spent long moments in reflection and for self-nurture to find greater balance in ourselves and with the world around us.
