NINA HAKAMIES

I'm a holistic health and wellbeing coach with 25+ years of combined experience in mind-body techniques, sound healing, mindfulness, yoga, public and mental health, workplace wellbeing and peer coaching facilitation. I have an MSc in health sciences from the University of London and an MA from the University of Turku. I’m a graduate of the Sound Healing Academy and a member of Yoga Australia. I have worked in the health sector, including at the World Health Organization, both in Australia and overseas.

I partner with some extraordinary people to offer high quality programs to individuals, community groups, workplaces, public sector organisations and the corporate sector. Some of my clients include Russell Kennedy Lawyers, Bendigo Health, St John of God Healthcare (Bendigo), RSL, Mount Alexander Shire Council, Loddon Shire Council, Coliban Water, Health Futures Australia, ALDI, La Trobe University, The University of Melbourne, YogaHara, Energy Expansion with Suzi, Bendigo Senior Secondary College and Marist College.
