Workplace, Corporate And Private Groups
Would you like to organise a yoga class for your workplace, community group, friends or family? Classes can be tailored to your circumstances and we are happy to travel to you:
General yoga: great for workplaces and themed days (e.g. Mental Health Month in October)
Chair yoga: a gentle, low-impact practice, suitable for people with reduced mobility
Yoga for community groups: E.g. the veteran community, Community Houses, wellbeing retreats
FORMAT:
A typical class consists of simple yoga postures, breathwork, short meditation and deep relaxation. If you have a specific focus in mind, please let us know. The minimum group size is 5 people.

Sound Yoga Nidras
Also called 'yogic sleep', a nidra is an ancient guided yogic practice that allows you to rest profoundly between waking and dreaming states to release stress from the body and mind. Accompanied by soothing soundscapes and vibrations (singing bowls, drums, gongs, chimes, monochord, chants, etc.), you're guided through a body scan, breath and sensations awareness, and visualisations, towards a state of inner stillness and peace. Perfect for anyone who wants to re-pattern stress-related habits patterns and create new neuro-pathway connections with the support of sound frequencies.
