Would you like to organise a class, a workshop, or a full program for your teams? Our workplace offerings include mindfulness and stress release, yoga, meditation and sound journeys. Sessions can be tailored to your needs and held at your location, online, or at The Sanctuary for small groups. See below some of our most popular offerings:

15-Minute lunchtime Mindfulness

This is our most popular offering: a short weekly, 15-minute mindfulness meditation during the work day, held online (usually via Zoom). It’s a wonderful way to promote personal energy renewal and to enable staff to take a break during the work day without compromising other professional priorities. Each week has a specific theme, which makes it relevant and applicable to the workday and offers an opportunity for direct personal experience using the ‘done with you’ approach. Mindfulness Workshops and Programs

A longer mindfulness workshop or a full program is an effective way to dive deeper into the world of mindfulness and to support staff wellbeing and stress release from the body and mind. These workshops and programs promote greater balance, flow and relaxation for the participants, and the benefits often extend beyond professional life to the many demands of everyday living. Duration of workshops range from 60 minutes to several months (full program) and can be offered as part of your organisation’s ongoing commitment to employee health and wellbeing. Send us a message and let’s discuss how it might look like for you.

Meditative Sound Journeys

Increasingly popular in workplaces, a meditative sound journey (also called ‘a sound bath’) is a deeply relaxing experience designed to rebalance the nervous system, body, mind and emotions using soundscapes, vibrations and rhythms. In a typical sound bath, participants are immersed in the resonances of singing bowls, drums, gongs, chimes, monochord and drums, inviting you on an inner journey of contemplation, rest and rejuvenation. Perfect for anyone who uses a lot of problem-solving and mental power to help create more space, clarity and stillness for a busy mind. Send us a message and let’s have a chat.

Sound Yoga Nidras

A yoga nidra is an ancient guided ‘yogic sleep’ practice that allows participants to rest profoundly between waking and dreaming states and to re-pattern stress-related habits in the body and mind. Accompanied by soothing soundscapes, vibrations and frequencies (with singing bowls, drums, gongs, chimes, monochord, chants, etc.), participants are guided through a body scan, breathwork, sensations awareness, and a visualisation, towards a state of inner stillness and peace. A tested and proven method, yoga nidra is ideally practised at the end of a workday but can be done at anytime of the day. Send us a message to learn more.

Yoga Classes

Yoga classes are a great way to promote workplace wellbeing. A typical class consists of simple yoga postures (asanas), breathwork (pranayama), a short meditation and deep relaxation. Classes can be arranged as a one-off or on a regular basis. Popular occasions include workplace retreats and themed days (e.g. annual Mental Health Month in October) and below are some suggested class types for consideration:

  • General yoga: great for anytime of the day and for all bodies and abilities

  • Chair yoga: a gentle, low-impact practice, suitable for people with reduced mobility

  • Yoga for community groups: e.g. the veteran community, Community Houses and wellbeing retreats
