How: 
The idea is simple. Find a suitable place where you can meditate undisturbed for 60 minutes. Perhaps use a discreet alarm for timekeeping. Sit comfortably, with your eyes either closed or gently open with an unfocused gaze. Connect with the present moment, your breath and the sensations in the body. Observe them with a curious, kind and open awareness without getting caught up in them. Sit as still as possible for the entire time and stay open to the sensations that come up. If you can’t do the whole hour, just do whatever is feasible – you’ll still benefit from the meditation. You can meditate alone or get together with friends. A great way to conclude the meditation is to send metta or loving kindness to the world. If you are unsure about "how to meditate", please seek advice from an experienced teacher.
